About Junior’s Fashion Week

Junior’s Fashion Week (JFW) is an international kids’ fashion platform with a presence across India, UAE, and Singapore, collaborating with leading brands, influencers, media, and young talent.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-driven Social Media & PR Executive to drive JFW Dubai’s digital presence, PR, influencer collaborations, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

- Develop and manage social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Create and manage reels, stories, posts, campaigns, and content calendars.
- Coordinate shoots, photographers, videographers, and creative teams.
- Track social media performance and identify growth opportunities.

PR & Influencer Marketing

- Build relationships with media, influencers, creators, and parenting communities.
- Drive PR coverage, features, interviews, and event visibility.
- Manage influencer collaborations, outreach, briefs, and deliverables.
- Coordinate media and influencer presence at events and activations.





Brand & Event Visibility

- Support brand collaborations, event activations, on ground activities, launches, and campaigns.
- Develop creative ideas to increase JFW’s visibility and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, brands, agencies, and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years’ experience in social media, PR, influencer marketing, or communications.
- Strong communication, networking, and content skills.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and execution-focused.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or events is a plus.
