Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist who understands social media beyond simply posting content. The ideal candidate will manage social media activities for multiple client brands across different industries and markets, developing platform-specific strategies and creating content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with each brand’s identity and objectives.

We are particularly looking for someone who is UGC-friendly and comfortable appearing on camera, with a natural ability to create and present engaging short-form video content, Reels,

and trend-based content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily social media activities, engagement, and growth across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Google Business Profile (GBP) for multiple domestic and international client brands.
- Develop and execute creative, platform-specific content strategies and calendars based on each brand’s audience, industry, and objectives.
- Create engaging content, including Reels, carousels, UGC-style videos, and short-form content, and confidently appear on camera when required.
- Generate fresh UGC ideas, creative video concepts, hooks, and trend-based content tailored to different brands and industries.
- Track viral audio, hashtags, trending formats,



and platform updates and identify opportunities to incorporate relevant trends into client content.
- Stay updated with emerging AI and automation tools and explore new ways to leverage them for content ideation, creation, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor profile/page performance, engagement, reach, and growth, prepare reports, and use insights to continuously optimize content and social media strategies.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management, Social MediaMarketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role, with experience managing multiple client accounts.
- CBSE or ICSE educational background is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and
- Google Business Profile (GBP), including content management, engagement, and
- growth.
- Experience creating Reels, UGC-style videos, short-form content, and trend-based
- content, with confidence in appearing on camera when required.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, audience
- behaviour, content performance, and engagement strategies.
- Good communication, copywriting, and analytical skills, with the ability to use social
- media insights to improve performance.
- Proactive and organized, with a willingness to explore new AI tools, automation, and
- emerging social media trends.
