Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media calendars, collaborating with the design and sales teams for campaign ideas, managing community engagement (comments, DMs, and inquiries), and monitoring performance metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns. The role also involves coordinating photo and video content from ongoing projects,



staying current with interior design and digital marketing trends, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to plan and manage platform-specific campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing visuals and copy that align with brand guidelines.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging audiences, coordinating with internal teams, and responding to customer queries.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, basic knowledge of SEO principles, and familiarity with paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in interior design, home décor, architecture, or a design-focused brand is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
