About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media presence, strengthen brand identity, and build an engaged online community. If you understand content that connects, trends that matter, and strategies that drive organic growth, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, Reels, carousels, stories, and other engaging formats.
- Drive organic growth in reach, engagement, followers, and community participation.
- Identify relevant trends and transform them into creative, brand-aligned content ideas.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure consistent content execution.
- Monitor social media analytics, evaluate performance, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.




- Conduct competitor research and stay updated on platform changes and emerging content trends.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a solid organic marketing portfolio.
- Proven experience in developing and executing organic growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and audience behaviour.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, communication, and planning skills.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience coordinating with creative teams and managing multiple projects independently.

This is an organic marketing-focused role. We are looking for expertise in content strategy, community building, brand storytelling, and sustainable organic growth—not paid advertising or PPC management.

- Candidates must currently reside in Gurugram or Delhi NCR. Immediate joiners preferred.
