Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves researching, planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The specialist will manage daily posting schedules and monitor performance metrics.

Responsibilities include growing fan following, engagement for set of brands, collaborating with designers and copywriters, engaging with online communities,



staying current with platform updates and best practices, and coordinating with the broader digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content for multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with online audiences professionally.
- Relevant experience with major social platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) and social media management tools is beneficial.
