What You'll Actually Be Doing

You won't be scheduling posts and calling it a day. You'll be making content that earns attention on two very different platforms:Instagram: Emotional, visual storytelling - reels, carousels, and posts that make people pause and feel something. Think nostalgia, memory, human connection.

- LinkedIn: Sharp, insight-driven writing for founders and decision-makers, content that makes Pauseu feel like a business lever, not a greeting card company.

Day to day,



that looks like:Writing and designing posts that fit our minimalist, high-energy tone

- Coming up with reel concepts and campaign ideas people actually want to save and share
- Looking at what's working (and what's not) and using those insights for the next piece
- Playing with new formats and trends to grow our audience
- Helping plan and execute the weekly content calendar
- Brainstorming directly with the founders — your ideas will actually get heard here
- Who This Is ForYou can tell a story in a few words or a 15-second video
- You spend enough time on Instagram and LinkedIn to know what's working right now
- You write clearly in English
- You understand basic metrics - reach, engagement, saves
- You don't need someone checking in every 3 hours to make sure you're working
- You know your way around AI tools for scripting, editing, or ideation (big plus)
