Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at GroGlobally. The intern will support day-to-day social media activities, including planning and creating content for platforms such as Instagram and other social channels.

Responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, drafting captions, sourcing visuals, and scheduling posts, as well as monitoring engagement, responding to comments,



and gathering insights on audience behavior. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to help execute strategy-led campaigns, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements based on data. This role offers hands-on exposure to social media marketing, digital campaigns, and brand-building for diverse clients.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate core social media skills, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Foundational understanding of broader digital disciplines, such as Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication for captions and client interactions.
- Comfort using social media management tools, analytics dashboards, or scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar).
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Interest in learning about influencer marketing, audience psychology, and content performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
