Role Description The Social Media Managers Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the planning, creation, and management of social media content across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media calendars, drafting posts and captions, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement metrics. The intern collaborates with the consulting, technology, and media teams to align social content with broader campaign and brand objectives.

Additional responsibilities include researching trends,



participating in brainstorming sessions, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and preparing basic performance reports. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in social media management while contributing to client-facing and internal projects.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with an understanding of major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, including clear, concise messaging and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Ability to support Content Strategy, including basic planning of themes, campaigns, and posting schedules.
- Interest in business, startups, and digital innovation, with a willingness to learn about consulting and technology services.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, including time management in a remote work setting.
- Comfort using social media management tools or willingness to learn (e.g., scheduling and analytics platforms).
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse, distributed teams and respond constructively to feedback.
