Vidhitsa Design Studio is a full-service interior design practice in Gurugram, specialising in luxury residential and commercial interiors. Our work is rooted in thoughtful design and meticulous execution — and our brand presence, online and offline, should reflect exactly that.

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media Executive to own and grow our digital footprint across all platforms, and contribute to how we show up in the real world too.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Houzz, X (Twitter), and Threads
- Shoot and edit video content (Reels, Shorts, BTS) independently — including basic lighting and photography setup
- Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platform’s tone and audience
- Monitor engagement, respond to DMs and comments, and grow our follower base organically
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and share monthly reports
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, etc.) for content planning, editing, and workflow management
- Plan and execute offline PR activities — press features, collaborations, events, and studio visibility
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for project documentation shoots
- Keep our Google Business profile active and updated





Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience managing social media professionally (interior design, architecture, or lifestyle brand preferred)
- Hands-on video shoot and editing skills — must be able to produce Reels and Shorts independently
- Understanding of skilled photography and basic lighting setup
- Proficient across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Houzz, X, and Threads
- Excellent written communication in English
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, or similar) for content and workflow
- A portfolio of accounts managed or content created is mandatory

Preferred / Bonus

- Knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Understanding of SEO for social and web content
- Experience in Public Relations — press outreach, brand collaborations, or offline activations
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Express
- Prior experience with a design studio, architecture firm, or luxury lifestyle brand
