About The Role The Swayamvar is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to manage its Instagram and Facebook presence, create engaging content, and execute paid social media campaigns.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends, and can independently handle day-to-day social media activities while coordinating with management and external agencies.

This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in content creation and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the brand's Instagram and Facebook accounts end-to-end.
- Plan, shoot, coordinate, and publish engaging reels and social media content.
- Create and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Boost posts and monitor campaign performance.
- Coordinate with management, external agencies, and freelancers for content and campaign execution.
- Track engagement, reach,



and other key social media performance metrics.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Practical experience running Meta Ads or boosting social media posts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media activities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands.
- Experience creating reels and short-form video content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign optimization.
- Experience working with creative agencies, photographers, or freelancers.
