Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Koramangala.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating with creative and production teams, monitoring social channels, responding to audience interactions, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves developing campaign ideas, aligning social media messaging with overall marketing goals, and preparing regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders.





Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support client projects and brand initiatives is an important part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media strategy and campaign planning across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Ability to create and curate engaging visual and written content, including posts, short videos, stories, and reels.
- Experience with social media analytics tools to measure performance, optimize content, and report on key metrics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, brand positioning, and basic SEO concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in office with creative, production, and tech teams, and collaborating effectively across functions.
- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
