? JOB OPENING – BIW STORE OFFICER

Department: Stores / Warehouse
Area: BIW (Paint Shop Area)
Position: BIW Store Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily receiving, verification, storage and identification of BIW parts/materials.

- Ensure timely and accurate material issuance to Production as per requirement.

- Maintain daily stock control: Opening Stock + Receiving − Issuance = Closing Stock.

- Update daily stock status/display boards for receiving issuance and remaining stock.

- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and prepare daily MS Excel/MIS reports.

- Conduct regular Physical Stock vs. SAP Stock reconciliation and report/resolve discrepancies.

- Ensure proper FIFO, 5S, housekeeping, material identification and systematic storage.

- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortage,



excess or critical material requirements to the BIW Store Seniors.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and other Store teams for smooth material flow.

- Share daily stock and material movement reports with the BIW Store Seniors.
