We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth and productive operations.
- Sales and Target Achievement: Drive sales performance, achieve monthly targets, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, conduct stock audits, and minimize stock loss and wastage.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper product displays, store presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Cash and Billing Management: Monitor billing operations, cash handling, daily sales reports, and end-of-day reconciliation.
