About the Role

ProBizGrowth is a growing digital marketing and brand strategy agency. We're looking for a creative, proactive and execution-focused Social Media Executive who can manage multiple client accounts, create engaging content and drive consistent social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop creative content ideas, captions, reels, stories and carousel concepts aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators to ensure timely content delivery.
- Manage posting schedules, content approvals and day-to-day social media activities.
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors and content opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, engagement, reach and follower growth.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Support influencer collaborations and basic Meta advertising activities when required.





What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and current social media trends.
- Good creative thinking, copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail and strong execution skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
