Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage and publish content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Content Planning: Develop creative content ideas, strategies, and engaging concepts aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Content Calendar: Create and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring timely planning, approvals, and execution.
- Reel Shoot Planning: Plan reels, short-form videos, and other engaging video content, including scripts, concepts, and shoot requirements.
- On-site Shoot Coordination: Visit client locations for photoshoots and video shoots, coordinate with the team, and ensure smooth execution of planned content.
- Content Publishing: Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content across different platforms.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, audio, and platform updates to create relevant content.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to deliver quality content on time.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, share updates,



and coordinate content approvals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track basic social media performance metrics and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of different social media platforms and their content formats.
- Strong content planning, ideation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan and coordinate reel shoots and on-site content creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong team player with good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable travelling to client locations for shoots whenever required.
