About the Role:

Kartavya Healtheon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company’s digital presence in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a digital marketing or advertising agency, solid content creation skills, and an understanding of healthcare-related communication and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging content and compelling copy for social media platforms and websites.

Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns for healthcare-related services and brands.

Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.

Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI.

Coordinate with internal teams and designers for creative content and campaign execution.

Create, edit, publish, and manage regular social media posts, images, videos, and other digital content.

Manage brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Quora, and other relevant channels.

Monitor comments,



messages, and audience engagement across social media accounts.

Develop creative ideas and strategies to strengthen brand awareness and online visibility.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–6 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Agency experience is mandatory.

Experience in content creation, social media strategy, and campaign management.

Excellent English writing, grammar, spelling, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and social media analytics tools.

Ability to create platform-specific content and grow online communities.

Knowledge of healthcare marketing or healthcare brand communication will be an added advantage.

Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
