Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Go4Explore’s trips, treks, and travel community. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing captions, shooting and editing photos and short videos, and creating reels and stories that highlight traveler experiences.

The individual will monitor social media trends, respond to audience comments and messages, collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for campaign ideas,



and analyze performance metrics to optimize content. The role also includes brainstorming new formats, contributing creative ideas for brand storytelling, and ensuring all content aligns with Go4Explore’s tone, values, and visual identity.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video production, basic photo/video editing, and writing engaging captions.
- Experience managing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social channels, with an understanding of algorithms and trends.
- Ability to plan and follow content calendars, coordinate with internal teams, and adapt content quickly for campaigns and promotions.
- Good communication and storytelling abilities, with a passion for travel and comfort interacting with diverse traveler communities.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative setting in Noida.
- Familiarity with basic analytics tools to track engagement and reach, and to suggest improvements based on data.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior experience in travel or lifestyle content is an advantage.
