? We’re Hiring: Content Creator at IUOVA (Full-Time | On-Site – Mumbai)

Role Overview-

We are hiring a fresher content creator who is highly enthusiastic about storytelling, video creation, and trend-driven marketing.

Your primary role will be to-

• Create engaging content for IUOVA’s brand and marketing

• Track and analyze trending formats

• Use modern AI tools for video and content production

• Build visually appealing, high-engagement social media content

You will work directly with founders and the design team.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Content Creation & Storytelling

Create engaging short-form and long-form content for:

- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Website & marketing campaigns

Develop storytelling scripts for:

- Product design projects
- Founder stories
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Innovation & tech storytelling

Convert complex design/engineering work into simple, engaging content.

2. Trend Research & Analysis

Track daily trends on

- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- LinkedIn content formats
- AI video/content trends

Suggest content ideas based on latest trends.

Study viral content and decode:

- Why it worked
- Hook styles
- Editing patterns
- Music & pacing

3. Video Production & Editing

Shoot and edit short-form videos for IUOVA marketing.

Create

- Reels
- Founder-led videos
- Office/design process videos
- Educational & storytelling content

Add subtitles, motion graphics, and effects.

Maintain premium and sophisticated visual style.

4. AI Tools & New Media Experimentation

Learn and use AI tools for content creation such as:

- AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Veo, etc.)
- AI image generation
- Scriptwriting tools
- Voiceover AI tools
- Editing and automation tools

Continuously test new tools and suggest how IUOVA can use them for marketing.

5. Content Planning & Execution





- Assist in monthly content calendar planning
- Suggest current creative campaigns
- Ensure consistency in posting and brand tone
- Coordinate with design & marketing team

- Extremely creative and curious

- Loves storytelling and visual creation
- Fast learner (especially AI tools)
- Self-driven and proactive
- Strong aesthetic sense

Skills Required

- Basic video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut or similar)
- Basic understanding of Instagram & YouTube content
- Good English writing & scripting skills
- Interest in design, technology, and innovation
- Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and engagement

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

- Knowledge of motion graphics
- AI video tools experience
- Photography/videography basics
- Graphic design (Canva/Photoshop)

Salary Range (Fresher)
