Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Social Media and WhatsApp Marketing Executive. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms and WhatsApp to promote Funding Sathi’s corporate banking solutions. The executive will manage daily posting schedules, respond to inquiries, nurture leads through WhatsApp campaigns, and track engagement metrics.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales and operations teams to align messaging with ongoing loan products and offers, monitoring campaign performance, and suggesting improvements based on data insights.



The role also includes basic graphic content coordination with designers, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring timely communication with prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications

- Solid social media management skills, including content planning, posting, and engagement tracking.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp marketing, including broadcast lists, campaign management, and lead nurturing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as campaign optimization, audience targeting, and analytics.
- Ability to create clear, concise marketing messages and adapt communication to different platforms and audiences.
- Comfort working with simple design tools or coordinating with designers to produce creatives and marketing materials.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and relevant regional languages.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Prior experience in financial services or B2B marketing is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
