Role Description The Social Media Assistant role at CommBox.tv is a full time hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role involves supporting daily social media operations, including drafting and scheduling posts, assisting with content planning, and helping manage brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.

Assistant will monitor trends and conversations in cricket, engage with the community through comments and messages, and support campaigns that drive audience growth and interaction.



The role also includes basic performance tracking, coordination with creators and internal teams, and ensuring that content is aligned with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media and Social Media Content Creation, including familiarity with short-form video, posts, stories, and live updates.
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing, including audience engagement, community building, and platform analytics.
- Interest in and knowledge of cricket, sports culture, and digital fan communities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting from Gurugram, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with using social media management tools and basic design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) is an advantage.
- Prior experience or internships in social media, digital content, or sports media is beneficial, though not mandatory.
