Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or technology sales.
- B2B/SMB sales experience preferred.
- Solid consultative selling, needs assessment, objection handling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Experience with CRM/sales platforms and productivity tools.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle customer conversations over phone and chat.
- Experience in commercial hardware, endpoint devices, or workplace technology preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Surface, Office, Windows, Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or Xbox is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Role 2: Consumer Presales Advocate

- Location: Hyderabad
- Openings: 10
- Experience: 2–3 years
- Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month (maximum ₹50,000)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: Work from the client office
- Client Interview: No

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound sales, telesales, or customer-facing sales support.
- Experience in consumer technology, electronics, retail technology, or digital commerce preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions over phone and digital chat.
- Good consultative selling, probing, objection handling, upselling, and closing skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM/sales tools and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of consumer electronics, software, and competing products.
- Typing speed of 55 WPM preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Surface, Office, Xbox, Windows, Azure, Microsoft 365, or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
- Ability to work in a structured, high-volume inbound sales environment and meet sales targets.
