Role Description The Site Engineer role at iama designers and developers LLP is a full-time in office position based in Kozhikode.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure that work is executed according to design specifications and structural requirements. This role involves monitoring project progress, conducting regular quality checks, maintaining site documentation, and reporting issues or risks to project leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, including the ability to inspect work, materials, and adherence to specifications.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and familiarity with civil engineering principles and practices.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings is required.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects will be an added advantage.
