Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction and installation activities for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with civil and structural engineers, contractors,



and vendors; monitoring project progress; and resolving technical issues on site. The role involves conducting site inspections, supervising quality control tests, verifying materials and workmanship, and preparing daily/weekly reports.

The Site

Engineer will also support project documentation, assist in commissioning activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of construction practices and site management.

Qualifications :

- Strong in office project execution skills, including supervision of construction activities and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with project teams, contractors, clients, and internal departments.
- Experience in quality control, site inspections, and adherence to safety, regulatory, and engineering standards.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and their application in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; equivalent technical qualifications may be considered.
- Proficiency in construction drawings, basic design review, and use of relevant engineering and project management software.
- Ability to work in outdoor site conditions, manage timelines, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience in renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
