Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to improve platform reliability, availability, scalability, and performance. The role involves monitoring systems, automating operations, capacity planning, incident management, and implementing high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor platform performance, availability, and reliability.
- Define and review SLOs; improve monitoring, alerting, and observability.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize scalability.
- Implement high-availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Perform capacity planning and infrastructure automation.
- Lead incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and postmortems.




- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to implement SRE best practices.

Must-Have Skills
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in SRE or infrastructure engineering.
- Performance monitoring, analysis, and capacity planning.
- Scripting, automation, and Terraform (IaC).
- Relational databases and cloud databases such as AWS Aurora.
- Messaging systems and distributed asynchronous workloads.
- NGINX or similar technologies.
- Robust understanding of SRE and DevOps principles.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Enterprise-scale applications and cloud platforms.
- Docker and containerization.
- Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Clean Code, Refactoring, DDD, and TDD.
