Role Description The Shift Incharge is a full-time, on-site position based in Gadota, Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts at the recycling and waste management facility. This role includes planning and monitoring workflow, coordinating team activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The Shift

Incharge will manage shift schedules, allocate resources, and support team members to meet production and performance targets. The position also involves maintaining records, reporting operational issues, and conducting maintenance to resolve technical or process-related problems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong operations and shift management skills, including workflow planning, team coordination, and production monitoring.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards, preferably within recycling, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation and reporting, including maintaining logs, preparing shift reports, and tracking performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess people management and communication skills, including the ability to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess robust technical and problem-solving skills for identifying process issues and conducting maintenance or corrective actions.
- Relevant experience as a shift supervisor/incharge or similar role in an industrial, recycling, or renewable energy environment is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in engineering or industrial management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work in an on-site, shift-based role in Gadota and commitment to sustainability and circular economy principles are expected.
