We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Lead Engineer with strong hands-on development experience, technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, and practical experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.

Role OverviewAs a ServiceNow Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate should have strong platform development expertise, experience with enterprise implementations, and the ability to contribute to technical design, solution delivery, and AI-driven ServiceNow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and contribute to ServiceNow development, implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Design and develop solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and other relevant ServiceNow modules.
- Implement and enhance Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations.
- Work with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and other platform integration capabilities.




- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ensure solution quality, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong practical experience in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and platform integrations.
- Valuable understanding of ServiceNow architecture, application development, and technical best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
- Relevant ServiceNow CIS certifications.
- Experience with recent ServiceNow AI capabilities, AI Agents, and workflow automation.
