Role Description The Service Delivery Leader – South East, based in Raleigh, NC, is a full-time role responsible for overseeing service delivery across client accounts in the Southeast region. This position manages day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, high-quality technology services, including coordination of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital workplace support activities.

The Service Delivery

Leader will monitor performance against service level agreements, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and operational stability. The role includes guiding and coaching service teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives,



and aligning delivery practices with Silver Tree’s unified operating model. This individual also partners with client stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate status and risks, and support planning for future technology and AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, including experience managing service or operations teams and providing clear direction and performance feedback.
- Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction, with a track record of building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Customer service expertise, including handling escalations, managing expectations, and advocating for client needs within the organization.
- Experience in training and coaching team members to improve service processes, technical proficiency, and customer-facing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in IT service management or operations (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services) is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks and experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and operational reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Desire to maximize utilization of digital technologies such as AI to improve cost, quality and producitvity
