Job Profile: Service Coordinator

Role Summary The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating customer complaints, managing service requests, ensuring timely resolution, and supporting service operations through effective communication with customers, field engineers, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Register customer complaints, assign service requests to the concerned engineers, and ensure timely closure of cases.
- Create and maintain customer databases, service records, and relevant support documentation.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch to field engineers.
- Maintain robust relationships with customers and service franchisees to ensure effective service support.




- Coordinate with customers and engineers for timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Prepare quotations for spare parts and service requirements and follow up with customers and engineers.
- Provide administrative and technical support to ensure smooth service coordination and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation preferred, with relevant experience in service coordination, customer support, or technical administration.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Tally or SAP will be an added advantage.
