Role Description The SEO Expert & Performance Marketer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning and executing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical reviews, and link-building campaigns to improve organic search visibility. The professional will manage performance marketing initiatives across relevant digital channels, optimize campaigns using web analytics, and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting SEO audits, collaborating with design and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals, monitoring industry trends, and continuously testing and refining strategies to enhance overall digital performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to drive targeted organic traffic.
- Candidates should possess skills in SEO Audits and Web Analytics to identify opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to develop high-quality, ethical backlink profiles.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of performance marketing, including paid search, social ads, and conversion optimization.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools).
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree and prior experience in SEO and performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment, are beneficial.
