WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Edit high-quality YouTube podcasts and long-form content.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
- Develop high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Repurpose podcasts and long-form videos into multiple short-form content pieces.
- Add motion graphics, captions, animations, and visual effects where required.
- Collaborate with content, performance marketing, and design teams to create impactful content.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, hooks, transitions, and content formats.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

You are a strong fit if:

- You have 1–2 years of experience in video editing.
- You are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.




- You have working knowledge of After Effects.
- You understand YouTube content, podcast editing, and short-form content creation.
- You have experience creating video ads for Meta campaigns.
- You have a robust eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
- You can independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Experience working with founders, startups, or personal brands.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
