Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior US IT Recruiter role based in Noida. The Senior US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and professional networks, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.



The role also involves negotiating compensation, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The Senior US IT Recruiter will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support workforce planning, meet hiring targets, and uphold compliance with relevant employment guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, managing the entire hiring process from requirement intake to onboarding.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for diverse technology stacks and seniority levels.
- Proven skills in Recruiting and Hiring, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Ability to work with US time zones and familiarity with US hiring practices and market trends.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using ATS, CRM tools, and major job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Track record of meeting hiring targets in a quick-paced IT services or consulting environment.
