Role Description The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. This role involves leading the end-to-end post-production process, including video editing, color grading, sound refinement, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to create compelling content for various digital platforms.

Editor will collaborate closely with the production, creative, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, refine storylines, and ensure brand consistency across all video projects.





Responsibilities include managing multiple projects and timelines, maintaining organized asset libraries, mentoring junior editors, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The role also requires staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the visual output of the agency.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling diverse formats and platforms.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain consistent visual tone and style across projects.
- Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and create engaging visual compositions.
- Expertise with professional editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Demonstrated experience in leading video projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate briefs into effective visual narratives for digital campaigns.
- Prior experience in a digital agency, production house, or similar fast-paced creative setting is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is preferred.
