Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team at Magarpatta, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT staffing, sourcing qualified IT professionals, screening candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.

The candidate must have a positive understanding of US work authorizations, recruitment processes, technical job requirements, and different hiring models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment industry.
- Experience recruiting for C2C, W2, and full-time positions, as applicable to client requirements.




- Familiarity with US work authorization categories, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, OPT, CPT, and other applicable categories.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, job portals, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- A target-driven mindset with a focus on quality submissions and successful placements.
