Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4+ years of proven experience in US Staffing and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and employment types. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring timely submissions and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle US IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, availability, and client requirements.
- Work on Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Recruit candidates on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and high-demand technologies.




- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS systems.
- Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US Visa Categories: H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, and TN.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS models.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
