Role Description The Senior Team Lead is a full-time role based in Patna, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The role involves supervising and guiding a team to meet sales, collection, or operations targets, while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Lead will monitor daily performance, review key metrics, and implement action plans to improve customer service quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular reviews, and supporting their professional development.



The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing reports for management, and contributing to process improvements and best practices across the branch.

Qualifications

- Strong team leadership and people management abilities, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing branch-level or area-level operations, with a focus on efficiency and target achievement.
- Solid customer service orientation, with the ability to handle escalations, maintain service quality, and support a positive customer experience.
- Comfort with using technology and digital tools for reporting, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with internal systems and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
- Prior experience in consumer finance, banking, NBFCs, or related financial services environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Patna, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and self-discipline when working remotely.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications in finance or management are an added advantage.
