Job Role: Senior Technical Consultant – Oracle DBA

Shift: UK Shift (2.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Relevant Exp: 10+ Years

Role Overview: Manage and support Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite environments, with responsibility for updates, patching, troubleshooting, environment readiness, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle EBS environments, including updates, patching, cloning, migrations, and validation.

Troubleshoot application, database, configuration, and update failures and drive incidents to closure.

Support Oracle Database administration, backup, recovery, performance, release, change, and access-management activities.

Coordinate global handovers and improve operational automation through shell scripting or orchestration tools.

Must-Have Skills





10+ years Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications Management, FA Updates, patching, and production support.

Oracle Applications DBA expertise covering Oracle EBS, Oracle Database, backup and recovery, cloning, migrations, patching, and upgrades.

Experience with OCI Gen 1, OCI Gen 2, FAaaS, Linux or Solaris, and Unix shell scripting.

Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, incident management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Experience supporting global or follow-the-sun operations.

Valuable-to-Have Skills

PL/SQL, WebLogic, WebSphere, SQL*Loader, and application-server administration.

Orchestration or end-to-end automation of Fusion update processes.

Oracle DBA, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle Applications certification.

Technical mentoring and experience supporting enterprise-scale Oracle environments.

Shift Requirement : UK Work Shift: Candidate must be comfortable working in the UK shift, with working hours extending until approximately 10:30–11:00 PM IST.
