The Senior Recruiter contributes to the MSX Vision, Mission and Purpose by actively partnering with stakeholders and supporting the end-to-end Talent Attraction Process. As first point of contact for hiring managers, the role defines recruitment needs, sourcing and screening approaches, working with Business owners and Market specialists through to the recruitment phase. The role plays a key part in improving selection effectiveness and providing a outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run end-to-end recruitment for diversified positions across the business
- Engage hiring managers and business owners on recruitment needs and pipelines
- Source candidates via active and passive channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals)
- Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews
- Create targeted job advertisements and employer branding content
- Manage candidate data in ATS and HRIS systems
- Coordinate interview loops, assessments and offer management
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs and SLAs
- Support onboarding and integration of new employees
- Liaise with senior recruiters and recruitment team leaders on complex roles
- Build candidate experience through proactive communication




- Identify and propose selection process improvements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering against recruitment KPIs.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, interviewing, and selection methodologies.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate experience, and employment legislation.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
