We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our growing data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable, cloud-native data pipelines using contemporary data engineering technologies such as Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and Fivetran. The candidate should possess excellent SQL and PL/SQL programming skills and have hands-on experience in data integration, transformation, optimization, and orchestration.

As a Data Engineer, he will work closely with data analysts, architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure reliable, timely, and secure delivery of data across the organization. He will play a key role in enabling analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making by building high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

? Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.

? Build and optimize data ingestion frameworks using Fivetran, custom integrations, and API-based connectors.

? Develop and manage workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow.

? Design, implement, and optimize data models, schemas, and transformations in Snowflake.

? Write complex and efficient SQL/PLSQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and performance-tuned queries.

? Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and governance across all data platforms.

? Monitor, troubleshoot,



and resolve data pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.

? Collaborate with business analysts, data architects and reporting teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

? Implement best practices around data security, access control, and compliance.

? Support CI/CD and automation initiatives for data engineering workflows.

? Create and maintain technical documentation for data solutions and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

? 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehouse projects.

? Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.

? Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and scheduling.

? Experience working with Fivetran for data ingestion and replication.

? Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.

? Positive understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data lake architectures.

? Experience in building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines.

? Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.

? Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

? Experience with DevOps and CI/CD implementation for data pipelines.

? Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
