Role Description The Senior SAP Finance Control Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam. This position is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FICO and CO-PA modules to support finance and controlling functions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, mapping financial workflows into SAP, and implementing enhancements or new functionalities.

The consultant will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies.



The role also involves preparing documentation, leading testing activities, training end users, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in SAP FICO and CO-PA, with a proven ability to configure and support these modules.
- Solid understanding of business processes and finance operations, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Well-developed analytical skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Several years of hands-on experience in SAP finance and controlling roles, preferably in manufacturing or food production environments.
- Experience with system testing, user training, documentation, and change management in SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to work on-site in Visakhapatnam.
