Duration: Initial 6 months

Experience: 10+ years overall / 8+ years Salesforce

About the RoleLogiQlink Technologies is looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead for a US-based enterprise implementation involving Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-powered workflows.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. We are looking for someone who can design solutions, write production code, lead integrations, review other developers' work, troubleshoot complex issues, and take ownership of technical delivery.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and engineering teams to translate approved architecture and business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

ImportantHands-on production experience integrating Salesforce with both SharePoint and QuickBooks is mandatory.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have personally implemented these integrations—not just worked on projects where they were present.

What You'll Work OnSalesforce Development

- Design and build enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flow, triggers, and Salesforce APIs.
- Translate functional and architectural designs into detailed technical solutions.
- Build complex and foundational components yourself.
- Design Salesforce data models, relationships, automation, validation, and security.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce governor limits, bulk-processing, performance, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and production issues.

Enterprise Integrations
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms.
- Define API contracts, authentication, payloads, data mappings, retries, logging, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Build Salesforce-side integration components using Apex services, APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and related technologies.

Salesforce + SharePoint

- Implement document-management integrations between Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Work with Microsoft Graph API, authentication, permissions, document metadata, and record-document relationships.

Salesforce + QuickBooks

- Implement synchronization between Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Work with customers, invoices, payments,

and related financial records.
- Handle bidirectional synchronization, mapping, validation, retries, duplicate handling, and synchronization conflicts.

Data Cloud, Agentforce & AI
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for structured and unstructured data.
- Configure data ingestion, Data Lake Objects, search indexes, chunking, retrieval, and grounding.
- Build and configure Agentforce agents, including topics, actions, prompts, instructions, grounding sources, and guardrails.
- Test and tune AI behavior, responses, permissions, and edge cases.
- Work with MuleSoft and intelligent document-processing workflows where required.
- Build reliable production AI functionality rather than proof-of-concept demos.

Technical Leadership
- Provide day-to-day technical direction to Salesforce developers and engineers.
- Break technical designs into actionable development tasks.
- Review architecture, implementation approaches, code, and complex Salesforce configuration.
- Establish reusable development and integration patterns.
- Mentor engineers and remove technical blockers.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex implementation issues.
- Coordinate with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft, QuickBooks, and other engineering teams.

DevOps & Production Quality
- Establish development standards, code quality, testing, logging, and exception-handling practices.
- Define and support source control, branching, environment management, and Salesforce CI/CD.
- Support deployment planning, releases, defect triage, and production stabilization.
- Ensure solutions are maintainable and supportable by the broader engineering team.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL
- Salesforce Flow
- Triggers
- REST APIs
- Salesforce security and data modeling
- Strong enterprise integration experience involving Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of authentication,

authorization, API security, retries, logging, and data reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulk processing, performance, and platform best practices.
- Experience providing technical direction and reviewing other developers' work.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with US-based stakeholders.

Mandatory Integration ExperienceCandidates must have personally delivered both of the following in production:

- Salesforce ↔ SharePoint integration
- Salesforce ↔ QuickBooks integration

Please clearly mention this experience in your resume or application. Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Salesforce Agentforce
- MuleSoft
- MuleSoft IDP or intelligent document processing
- Platform Events and asynchronous Salesforce architectures
- Salesforce CI/CD and deployment automation
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce Integration Architect certification
- Experience building AI-powered features using Salesforce
- Experience with enterprise document-management and accounting integrations
- Experience working with US clients and distributed engineering teams
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar

Who We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is: Strong Salesforce Developer → Enterprise Integration Expert → Hands-on Technical Lead → Data Cloud / Agentforce capable

This is not a purely managerial or architecture-only position.

You should still be comfortable opening the codebase, writing Apex and LWC, debugging integrations, reviewing code, making technical decisions, and owning difficult parts of the implementation yourself.

If you have deep Salesforce experience but have not personally implemented both Salesforce–SharePoint and Salesforce–QuickBooks integrations, this position is unlikely to be the right fit.

Engagement

- Remote – India
- Initial 6-month contract
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Regular overlap with US Eastern Time
- Opportunity for a longer-term engagement depending on project requirements, performance, and mutual fit

Interested candidates can apply with their resume and briefly mention their Salesforce–SharePoint and Salesforce–QuickBooks integration experience.
