Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM technical development, customization, integration, and production support. The candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP, SAP CRM WebUI, CRM Middleware, BSP, BOL/GenIL, and CRM integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support SAP CRM technical solutions.
- Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI applications.
- Work extensively with BOL/GenIL, WebClient UI, BSP, and CRM technical framework.
- Develop custom solutions using ABAP/OO ABAP.
- Configure and develop CRM Middleware integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Work on BDoc, Queues, Adapter Objects, Middleware monitoring and error handling.
- Develop and consume RFC, BAPI, IDoc, Web Services, and APIs.
- Analyze and resolve complex production issues and perform RCA.
- Develop enhancements using BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, BADIs, and implicit enhancements.
- Work on CRM transactions, business objects, actions, and technical configurations.




- Support interfaces and integration with external systems.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of SAP CRM Technical experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP ABAP / OO ABAP.
- Strong experience in SAP CRM WebClient UI / WebUI.
- Hands-on experience with BOL/GenIL.
- Strong knowledge of CRM Middleware.
- Experience with BDocs, Queues, Adapter Objects.
- Experience with BSP / Web UI Framework.
- Experience integrating SAP CRM with ECC/S/4HANA.
- Good knowledge of RFC, BAPI, IDoc, Web Services and APIs.
- Strong debugging and performance troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in production support and enhancement projects.

Good to Have

- SAP CRM Sales / Service / Marketing technical experience.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM Interaction Center.
- Knowledge of OData / REST APIs.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or integration.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- SAP CRM certification.
