*Role: B2C Sales Executive
Location: 100% Work From Home — anywhere in India
Employment Type: Full time
Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 8 hours per day | Flexible approach — we understand sales cycles don’t always fit in a 9-to-5 box. When you’re close to sealing a deal, we expect you to own it. When things are quiet, you manage your time. Canadian shifts will be applicable, timings 6-10 am & 5-11 pm IST
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete B2C sales cycle — from first contact and product pitching to objection handling, negotiation, and final closure
- Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified and cold leads with confidence and clarity
- Understand customer pain points and position My Language Guru courses as the right solution
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly revenue and enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in our CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to share on-ground feedback
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of hands-on B2C sales experience, preferably in edtech, telecom, insurance, or other high-ticket consultative sales
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- A proven track record of meeting targets — you have numbers to back it up
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely without daily supervision
- Resilience — you don’t take “no” personally and know how to bounce back from rejections
- Must have your own laptop, smartphone, and a stable internet connection
