Build multi-discipline Revit models and produce complete, construction-ready drawing sets in Revit and AutoCAD for live projects in Saudi Arabia, from our Hyderabad office.

Please read before applying. This role needs 6-8 years of hands-on Revit modelling and CAD drafting on live projects. Do not apply if:

- Your Revit experience is mainly from courses or training, or less than 5 years on live projects.
- You have worked in only one discipline and cannot model or draft in a second one.
- You only place downloaded families and have not built your own.
- You have not produced dimensioned, tagged and scheduled construction or shop drawings yourself.

About the role





We are looking for an experienced multi-discipline Revit modeller cum CAD draftsman to own models and drawing sets across architecture, structure and MEP. Our current work includes infrastructure and master-plan packages with small buildings (amenity blocks, retaining walls, shade structures, external works), building MEP, landscape, and door and joinery shop drawings at LOD 400. You will work with our engineers and coordinators, and help raise the standard of the junior modellers around you.

What you will do

- Build and update Revit models across architecture, structure and MEP from IFC drawings, PDFs, CAD files and markups.
- Produce complete drawing sets from the model: GA plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules and coordinated services drawings.
- Prepare shop drawings (for example doors and joinery, RC and steel details, MEP coordination drawings) to LOD 300-400, with dimensions, tags and schedules.
- Draft and clean up 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including CAD-to-BIM conversion and as-built updates.
- Create and maintain parametric Revit families, view templates, sheet setups and project templates.
- Run clash detection in Navisworks, resolve clashes in your own model, and raise RFIs where information is missing or conflicting.
- Work in a common data environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud): publish models, track issues and keep revisions under control.
- Check your own work against the BEP,



naming conventions and LOD requirements before anything is issued.
- Review and guide the work of junior modellers.

What we are looking for (must-have)

- 6-8 years of hands-on Revit modelling and CAD drafting on live projects, with at least 5 years in Revit.
- Model-to-sheet delivery in at least two of architecture, structure and MEP, and working knowledge of the third.
- Strong AutoCAD drafting, including CAD-to-BIM conversion.
- Construction or shop drawings produced yourself, with dimensions, tags and schedules.
- Parametric family creation (nested families, shared parameters), view templates and sheet setup.
- Navisworks clash detection and resolution.
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Willing to take a short timed practical test (Revit modelling and one drawing sheet) as part of the process.

Good to have

- Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience, in the region or offshore for a GCC client.
- LOD 400 shop drawings from IFC drawings, for example door and joinery families with hardware.
- ISO 19650, BEP and EIR familiarity.
- Dynamo or other automation.
- Civil 3D basics for infrastructure or master-plan packages.
- Landscape or external works modelling.
- Experience checking and mentoring junior modellers.
