About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our enterprise-level software products. The role involves designing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing manual and exploratory testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI and API test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium with Python/JavaScript/Java.

· Integrate automated regression suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) for seamless deployment.

· Automate RESTful and WebSocket API testing to validate data flows, system responses, and webhook integrations.

· Perform load, stress,



and latency testing for high-throughput AI features using tools like JMeter or Locust.

· Conduct structured manual testing across complex AI application workflows, web interfaces, and assessment tools.

· Identify and document edge cases, negative scenarios, and boundary failures through exploratory testing.

· Ensure cross-browser and mobile platform compatibility and responsiveness.

· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA team members to define test strategies and report quality metrics.

Required Qualifications And Skills

· Bachelor of Engineering (CS/IT).

· Minimum 5 years of software testing experience in B2B/B2C SaaS products.

· Proven proficiency in building automation test frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.

· Strong experience testing and automating REST APIs and WebSockets.

· Ability to write SQL queries for database inspection and review application/server logs.

· Solid experience with Git for version control and code reviews.

· Ability to evaluate features from a product usability perspective.

· Experience testing AI/ML applications, NLP models, or real-time voice engines is a plus.
