Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in project management and strong expertise in Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning implementations, managing project delivery, driving supply chain transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end supply planning implementation projects using the Blue Yonder ESP module.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, scope, and budgets.
- Drive supply chain transformation initiatives, process optimization, and implementation of advanced planning solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure deliverables align with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, risk assessment, issue resolution, and budget tracking.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies based on project requirements.
- Lead change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of implemented planning solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks,



and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, resource allocation, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Ensure effective integration of supply planning solutions with broader S&OP;/IBP and inventory management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in project management, preferably in supply chain planning and transformation programs.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Blue Yonder ESP and end-to-end supply planning processes.
- Experience in S&OP;, IBP, inventory optimization, and supply chain planning solutions.
- Proven experience managing large-scale implementation and transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project governance, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project budgeting, risk management, vendor coordination, and delivery oversight.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure successful project execution within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise-level supply chain planning implementations.
- Blue Yonder ESP implementation or transformation program experience.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are desirable.

Note: Candidates should have strong project delivery experience combined with domain expertise in Blue Yonder ESP and supply chain planning.
