Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – VFX to lead and manage end-to-end visual effects projects for films, television, OTT platforms, commercials, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in VFX production management, project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, client coordination, and delivery management. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional creative and technical teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete VFX project lifecycle, from initial planning and bidding through production, post-production, and final delivery.
- Oversee VFX production workflows, including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, shot trackers, production plans, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, resource utilization, forecasting, and profitability.
- Lead and coordinate VFX producers, coordinators, supervisors,



artists, and technical teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, production houses, studios, and external vendors.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage workloads across multiple projects.
- Ensure deliverables meet creative briefs, technical specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Identify project risks, production bottlenecks, and scope changes, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external VFX studios, freelancers, and outsourcing partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare regular project status reports, budget updates, and performance dashboards for management and clients.
- Improve production workflows, communication processes, and project management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-10+ years of experience in VFX production, project management, animation, or digital content production.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end VFX projects and multiple production schedules.
- Strong understanding of VFX pipelines, including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, client communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in risk management, scope control,



quality assurance, and delivery planning.
- Proficiency in ShotGrid (Shotgun), ftrack, Jira, MS Excel, or similar production tracking and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work in office in Hyderabad.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with international film studios, OTT platforms, production houses, or global VFX vendors.
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and related VFX software.
- Experience managing large-scale feature films, episodic content, commercials, or high-end animation projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
