- 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, or enterprise technology delivery, including 5+ years in a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Data Delivery Leadership role.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream data programs across Data Engineering, Data Platforms, BI & Analytics, Data Migration, and Modernization.
- Strong hands-on understanding of end-to-end data engineering, including ETL/ELT, data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL, Python, PySpark, and modern data processing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and up-to-date data ecosystems including Databricks / Snowflake / Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Strong understanding of batch and streaming pipelines, APIs, event-driven integration, data modelling, and distributed data processing.
- Experience with DataOps, CI/CD, pipeline monitoring, observability,



performance optimization, and production incident management.
- Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, lineage, governance, security, privacy, and access controls.
- Practical understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI-ready data architectures.
- Strong customer experience, stakeholder management, executive communication, and escalation management capabilities.
- Proven experience in people leadership, including coaching, performance management, capability development, resource planning, utilization, hiring, and retention.
- Strong operational and commercial awareness, including delivery governance, capacity planning, risk management, financial tracking, and continuous improvement. Ability to engage credibly with architects, engineering teams, and client technology stakeholders.
