Minus 30 is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations for our Ice Cream Factory in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Build strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
- Control procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Optimize inventory levels and improve procurement processes.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or the ice cream industry will be an advantage.
