The Karighars is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Presales Executive with excellent communication and client interaction skills to manage incoming leads and support the sales team in driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries and engage with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand client requirements, qualify leads, and schedule consultations with the sales/design team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain solid client relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in presales, preferably in interiors, modular furniture, or the luxury segment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and lead management abilities.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.
