Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Senior Menswear Print Designer based in Bhiwandi.

The Senior Menswear Print

Designer will develop original print concepts for menswear fabric collections, including repeat patterns, placement prints, and seasonal graphic stories aligned with brand and market trends. Daily responsibilities include researching global menswear trends, creating print artworks and colorways, preparing print-ready files for production, and collaborating with the fabric development and production teams to ensure design feasibility. The role involves working closely with merchandising and sales to align collections with customer requirements, reviewing strike-offs and samples, and refining designs based on feedback. The designer will also maintain design libraries, support junior designers with guidance and critique,



and help optimize the balance between creativity, commercial appeal, and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in menswear print design, including development of repeat patterns, placement prints, and coordinated collections.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant graphic or textile design tools.
- Demonstrated ability to research and interpret global fashion and menswear trends, color stories, and consumer preferences into commercially viable prints.
- Solid understanding of fabric types, textile printing techniques (e.g., screen, digital), and technical requirements for print production.
- Experience collaborating with production, merchandising, and sales teams, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in a senior or lead print design role within menswear, textiles, or fashion, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of color and composition, and ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and process-driven studio environment.
